1. Introduction

Welcome to iGram Digital Hub, operated by iGram DigiHub Private Limited.

Our platform and authorized Digital Hubs assist customers with government and citizen services, agricultural and farm services, healthcare appointments, education, employment, business support, digital registrations and other services.

We are committed to transparent charges, fair cancellation procedures, appropriate refunds and effective grievance redressal.

This Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made to iGram for services requested through our website, authorized Digital Hubs or approved service channels.

This policy is subject to applicable Indian consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers, as applicable:

  • Government and citizen digital-service assistance.
  • Agricultural and farm-service bookings.
  • Healthcare and telemedicine appointment assistance.
  • Educational, employment and skill-development services.
  • Business registrations and digital documentation assistance.
  • Travel, ticketing and other authorized booking assistance.
  • Membership registration and membership-related services.
  • Third-party service-provider referrals and bookings.
  • Payments collected through iGram-approved channels.

Physical goods purchased from iGram Bazaar are generally governed by the separate Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy of iGram.store.

3. Classification of Fees

A customer transaction may include one or more of the following:

A. iGram Service Fee

The fee charged by iGram for application assistance, document preparation, form filling, digital processing, booking coordination or another service.

B. Government or Statutory Fee

A fee prescribed by a government department or authority for an application, certificate, licence, registration or other official service.

C. Third-Party Service Fee

A charge imposed by an independent doctor, hospital, agricultural service provider, educational institution, booking provider, professional or other authorized partner.

D. Payment or Transaction Charges

Charges disclosed in connection with payment processing or other authorized transactions, where applicable and lawful.

Where possible, iGram will display or explain these components before collecting payment.

4. General Cancellation Policy

A customer may request cancellation by contacting iGram through the website, the concerned Digital Hub or the official customer-support channels.

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether processing has started, the nature of the requested service, payments already made to independent providers and applicable legal requirements.

A cancellation request should identify the customer, relevant transaction or service reference and reason for cancellation.

5. Cancellation Before Service Processing Begins

Where iGram has accepted payment but has not commenced the requested service, the customer will ordinarily be eligible for a full refund of the iGram service fee.

Any government or third-party amounts already remitted will be handled according to the applicable authority's or provider's terms, subject to law.

No arbitrary cancellation charge will be imposed.

Any lawful cancellation charge must have been appropriately disclosed and must comply with the applicable consumer-protection requirements.

6. Cancellation After Service Processing Begins

If iGram has started providing the requested service, any voluntary cancellation refund may be calculated after considering:

  • Work actually performed.
  • The stage of service completion.
  • Previously disclosed and lawful service charges.
  • Payments already remitted to an external authority or provider.
  • Applicable statutory consumer rights.

Any deduction must be reasonable, supportable and consistent with applicable law.

If iGram has failed to provide the promised service, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate refund or other remedy irrespective of the processing stage.

7. Completed Digital Services

For successfully completed services, such as completed form-filling assistance, document preparation, scanning, printing or authorized application submission, a change of mind after completion does not ordinarily create an entitlement to a refund of the properly disclosed iGram service fee.

However, customers may seek refunds or other legally available remedies where a service is defective, deficient, incorrectly performed or materially different from what was promised.

8. Government Application Fees

Government fees paid to an authority are subject to the relevant department's rules and refund procedures.

iGram cannot independently reverse an amount already received by a government authority.

Where an authority provides a refund mechanism, iGram may assist the customer with the applicable request.

If an application is rejected by the government department, that rejection alone does not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund of a correctly earned iGram assistance fee.

However, where rejection or loss arises from an error attributable to iGram, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including refund or correction where warranted.

iGram does not guarantee approval of government applications or certificates.

9. Agricultural and Farm Services

For agricultural and farm-related services arranged through iGram, refund eligibility will depend on the activity and relevant service-provider terms disclosed before confirmation.

Examples include:

  • Soil testing and laboratory services.
  • Drone spraying or farm machinery bookings.
  • Agricultural advisory appointments.
  • Crop-related service bookings.
  • Farm equipment rentals.
  • Field inspections and farm support.

Where a service has not commenced, the iGram service component will ordinarily be refundable upon cancellation.

For bookings requiring a third-party visit, reservation or resource allocation, any applicable third-party cancellation provisions must be disclosed before booking.

If the provider cancels or fails to deliver the agreed service, the customer will be offered an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include rescheduling or a refund.

10. Healthcare and Telemedicine Appointment Services

iGram may assist customers with booking appointments or arranging consultations through authorized medical professionals and healthcare platforms.

If an appointment is cancelled before the relevant provider's applicable cancellation deadline, refunds will be handled according to the disclosed booking terms.

The provider's professional fee may be governed by its own lawful cancellation and refund conditions.

If a consultation is not provided because of a verified provider-side failure, iGram will assist in obtaining an appropriate remedy, including a refund or rescheduling where applicable.

Completed consultations are ordinarily not refundable solely because the customer is dissatisfied with a professional opinion. This does not affect rights relating to deficient services or other legally actionable circumstances.

11. Education, Employment and Training Services

Refund terms for educational registrations, training, examinations, skill programmes and employment-related services may depend on the institution or service provider.

iGram will distinguish its assistance fee from the external provider's fee wherever applicable.

An unsuccessful admission, examination or employment outcome does not automatically establish service deficiency by iGram.

No refund restriction shall override remedies available for misrepresentation or deficient service.

12. Travel, Ticketing and Booking Services

For travel, accommodation, transport, events or other booking assistance, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the relevant operator's terms and applicable law.

iGram will communicate relevant charges and restrictions before confirming a booking.

Any refund received from a third-party provider for the customer will be handled and passed on in accordance with the transaction terms and applicable law.

13. Membership Fees

Where iGram offers paid membership plans, the membership price, duration, benefits, renewal terms and any service limitations must be disclosed at registration.

A membership cancelled before activation and before use of any benefits will ordinarily qualify for a refund of the amount collected by iGram.

Where benefits have already been used or a membership has been active, voluntary cancellation and any partial refund will follow the clearly disclosed membership terms and applicable law.

If iGram is unable to provide material promised membership benefits, an appropriate refund or remedy will be considered.

Memberships must not automatically renew without appropriate authorization.

14. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If payment is deducted but the transaction is unsuccessful, iGram will verify the payment status with its authorized payment provider.

If an eligible failed payment has been captured by iGram, the amount will be refunded or otherwise resolved through the relevant payment mechanism.

Duplicate payments verified as received for a single transaction will be refunded, except where the customer has separately authorized multiple purchases or services.

Customers should provide the transaction reference and payment date to help investigation.

15. Refund Request Procedure

Customers can submit a request by:

  • Contacting the concerned iGram Digital Hub or official support channel.
  • Sending an email to info@igram.digital.
  • Providing their name, registered mobile number and service or transaction ID.
  • Explaining the reason for cancellation or refund.
  • Providing relevant supporting evidence, where available.

iGram may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request.

16. Refund Review and Processing

We aim to acknowledge customer complaints within 48 hours.

Refund requests will be examined according to the applicable service terms and legal requirements.

Where a refund is approved, iGram's operational target is to initiate payment within seven working days, unless a shorter mandatory period applies.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment method and provider.

The customer will be informed of the outcome or any additional information required.

Consumer complaints will be handled within applicable statutory timelines, including the one-month redressal requirement where the E-Commerce Rules apply.

17. Refund Payment Method

Where technically possible, approved electronic-payment refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Refunds of cash payments made at authorized Digital Hubs will be processed through an approved, documented company procedure.

Refunds will not ordinarily be sent to unrelated third-party bank accounts.

iGram Mitras must not issue unrecorded cash refunds or make unauthorized personal transfers.

18. Service Errors and Deficiencies

Where an error attributable to iGram results in an incorrect application, avoidable payment loss, non-delivery or material service deficiency, the matter will be investigated.

Depending on the circumstances, iGram may provide correction, reprocessing, rescheduling, refund or another legally appropriate remedy.

No provision in this policy removes any remedy available under applicable law.

19. Force Majeure and External Disruptions

Government portal outages, network interruptions, natural disasters or other events outside reasonable control may affect service delivery.

Where this occurs, customers will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative, rescheduling or refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

20. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate details and authentic supporting documents.

They should check applications before submission where feasible and retain receipts and acknowledgments.

Customers should not make unofficial payments to any person claiming to represent iGram.
